Learn from Chef Kocoa every Tuesday morning from 8-9am on WGN-TV Channel 9/Chicago, as she prepares healthy, creative cuisine live in the studio, and interviews guests. Chef Kocoa joined the WGN-TV News Team as a food expert in February 1998; she had appeared as a guest several times, and served some of her trademarked specialties including smoked turkey breast, turkey chili, spinach dip and jerk chicken. On the basis of the strength of her performance and the positive response from viewers, she was asked to join the news team. Her vibrant personality and creative way with food are sure to be a welcome addition to your day, either first thing in the morning, or whenever you choose, on videotape. Her live cooking segment on WGN-TV is sponsored by Jewel Foods.
