Sauteed Bananas ingredients
Serves 3-4


3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
3 Tablespoons butter
juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
pinch fresh nutmeg


Heat skillet until hot. Add butter and brown. Add bananas, cut side down, sprinkle with nutmeg and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Turn bananas over and brown on other side. Squeeze fruit with fresh lemon juice and serve immediately, or hold in warm oven until ready to chow down.
