Chocolate Dipped Fruit Ingredients
(serves 2-4 people)
2 pints fresh strawberries DO NOT WASH OR
1 pound dried apricots
1 recipe of butter cookies (see Kocoa's recipe)
12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips or shaved chocolate in a microwave (on medium temperature) OR in a double boiler OR simply in a stainless steel bowl sitting over pot of boiling water. Stir as needed to remove lumps. Dip the fruit. Paint the cookies. Lay each treat on lined cookie sheet and refrigerate up to - but no longer than -24 hours. Serve with sparkling wine, juice and loving thoughts.
