Breakfast Parfait
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

1- 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup granola or grape nuts cereal
1/4 to 1/2 cup of fresh fruit of your choice

DIRECTIONS

Layer the ingredients in a glass or plastic cup (for take-out) in this order, yogurt, Granola and finally fruit. Serve with bagel or muffin and enjoy!

Protein Shake
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

8-10 ounces cold orange or pineapple juice
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 Tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve at once!
