Cold Buster #1 - Juice
Fresh squeezed citrus juices. Orange and grapefruit mixed tastes great.
Cold Buster #2 - Ginger Tea
1 quart water
1 to 1 1/2 inch piece of ginger root
Simmer water, cut ginger into slices and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes. Sweeten with honey.
Cold Buster #3 - Garlic Eggdrop Soup
2 quarts water
1 large bulb garlic, peeled and large chop
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
optional 2 eggs, beaten
Gently boil water, add garlic and cayenne. Simmer for 20 minutes. Bring soup to a boil, add egg in a slow stream, stirring continuously. Egg cooks as it hits the soup. Serve immediately.
